If one kid had the swine and gives it to Santa, about 100 other kids are going to sit on Santas lap and get the swine. Pretty soon Santas everywhere are giving out swine flu and killing mass amounts of young children.

Leaders in the Santa world also claim since most of the Santas are overweight, this greatly increases their risk of getting sick. They’ve also asked that you don’t bring your kid to see Santa if he/she is sick.

“We don’t want any child to go without seeing Santa, but it’s not worth bringing your child to the mall, infecting the Santa and infecting the other children,”

Bloomberg is reporting that Apple had approached the mobile advertising company, AdMob regarding an acquisition of the company by Apple. These talks reportedly took place just prior to Google’s acquisition of AdMob for $750 million in stock options.

The re-design has brought a few new features, and one is pretty interesting. In the relationships feed, when someone is engaged or in a relationship, Facebook’s photo tagging system automatically displays a photo with both of the tagged names in it. Just one of the cool new features Facebook is implementing.

This could also piss alot of people off, as maybe they didn’t want their engagement fully blasted out on Facebook or maybe Susan just stabbed her best friend in the back. Everyone knows you don’t play on Facebook.

Costco isn’t going to take any Coke products off the retail floor, but if they don’t get this settled before it all runs out they won’t have any to stock.

Coca Cola said this to the AP:

“We’re going to negociate in a spirit of fairness” and that Costco is an “important customer”.

Hopefully things get settled before the holiday season.

The store’s employees seemed to be forced into doing some sort of song and dance for customers. The Microsoft employees randomly broke out into a song and dance that was clearly rehearsed in Mission Viejo California. Sucks for the employees to have to do this, as I would certainly refuse but its all over the web right now so I had to post.

This isn’t the Microsoft way of doing things and I think that they’re a little jealous of Apple’s marketing team…..def. something you would expect to see from Apple or some sort of circus club in NY.

The office looks pretty sweet, but I’ve always wondered why web startups always have to have the most modern looking offices ever. Packed with Macs, weird colors on the walls, open tables and even a DJ booth. I feel like these companies think this is how the office should look and just want to show off — but I’d still love to work there!

Basically Vivid wants to buy Prejeans sex tapes and then distribute them “as they are”. Pretty creepy, but this could allow Carrie Prejean to make some bankage.

TMZ obtained the letter from Vivid:

“We [vivid] would like to present Carrie with several options where she could certainly earn millions of dollars.”

Wouldn’t this be great though if she actually did this? A former Miss California selling out to an adult film studio – it would be epic.

I’m looking forward to the 6 team season next year and hope the UFL continues to grow. I was watching the Las Vegas game last Saturday and was extremely surprised to learn that the average salary for the players is $35k a year and quarterbacks make $60k/year. Granted they only have to play 6 games, but still that’s one hell of a pay cut even for a practice squad NFL player making the league minimum. ($300k/year) This shows that the players REALLY love and want to play football.
